The Server

Servers are not ethereal people. They are very practical and get things done in life: quickly, efficiently, neatly, and willingly. They also are stepped on a lot in our society...so form unions to protect themselves. If bosses understood and appreciated these people, they would increase productivity greatly, and upgrade the atmosphere in many workplaces substantially.

I use to do a lot of wedding photography, but I found I had to take extra care so as not to leave a coke can in the picture. What a contrast to another photographer I know who can walk into a room and after a quick glance around tell you everything in the room in exquisite detail. I found that some sorts of work which require high quality output in short time frames did not bring the best out in me. The reverse is true for people with high server gifts.
