“Don't Move” ( ) [Sun Tsu First Half Re-Write # 6:1]
Lord, this is timely in my case –
The heebie-jeebies in the face
Of situations I don’t like
Set in with force, and then they fight.I had not seen how this plays out –
“Shut up; sit down”, without a doubt
Is not to my modus-op today;
Has never, ever, been my way.“I know, there Stu, it’s training school –
Your lesson for today? ‘Stay cool’;
At least don’t move, but rather wait,
And let what’s evil come there late.“You move from cover, you will lose;
The Kingdom-layer, which you now choose
Is there for you to rest upon;
Don’t head back down, from this be gone.”Lord, I don’t get it – what the heck!
I sit and wait, and can’t forget
The list of what things I must do
To get ahead in self-learned school.“Yeah, right – but don’t forget the crap –
The evil one wants to attack,
And watches for some chink, of course,
He can exploit (for you, ‘Resource’).“You’re so hung up on that stuff, still,
But that’s okay, it’s presence will
Divert your energy from harm,
Like ‘Moving on’; ‘Sound some alarm’.“ ’Cause you’re the backwards, upside down
Configuration of My clown –
What should be peace just agitates;
While chaos scene’s a piece of cake.“So in a crunch you make out well –
You’re made that way – remember hell
Will always be for you, ‘Be still’;
But upside lets you do My will.”Lord, how does one now handle that?
It doesn’t change, now I see that;
But how do I ease off in peace?
Not let these horses be released?“Try letting others handle peace;
Just stay engaged, and never cease
To be involved in learning-game;
Such challenge acts for you the same.“Then, when the signal comes for war,
Remember what you’re fashioned for –
Step to the plate as batter up;
Find peace amidst the context tough.“And then all this comes into play,
As Sun Tsu’s insights have their day –
My love and care expressed through you,
Will help a lot through what you do –“And say; and write; and photograph –
A way of being, viewed as daft,
Just like the POTUS in The States –
Unseen by most, such ruckus makes.”Okay Lord, thanks for all this – indeed, thanks.
