“Stay Formless” ( ) [Sun Tsu First Half Re-Write # 6:7]
When we are formless, milling ’round,
No spy’s report on what is found,
Can help old satan and his ilk;
Formless remain – and smooth as silk –For when he forms up to advance
On some new front, Christ has a chance
To choose a form that weak-spot hits;
Initiative is stopped – he sits –Considering what he must do;
You slip away, as victors do
When they must fight again some day,
With gifts of love and care – Christ’s way.I don’t mean “Formless”, with no skill
Just underneath – for satan will
Correctly judge you’re “Easy prey”;
Best “Formless” be what spies all say –While underneath a structure hides,
Invisible, for it resides
In preparation for this day –
“Form one”; “Form six” their leaders say.Then fluid as a flowing stream,
And smooth as silk, where once had been
A formless mass, there’s unity
Of love, and care, for all to see.But it’s too late to stop it now –
God’s care pours out to all; somehow
It pours into each tiny crack,
And answers prayer with love’s attack.Thanks Lord for this.
