“Don't Be Booty” ( ) [Sun Tsu First Half Re-Write – #3-7]

Christ’s pulled me out of fixes here;
I kicked and screamed, to me quite clear
That I’d be best to take on foe –
“I’ll win that battle, let me go –

Into the fray!” – Though Angels fear
To tread that path, to make quite clear,
It seemed I’d win (I’m smarty-pants,
For satan soon would make me dance).

As little folks we have a role,
But stubbornness of mind and soul
Can problem be – it clouds our view
Of what one person here can do.

So Christ decides, has us move in,
Move out once action would begin
If He needs us to be of use
To Him – for loss, there’s no excuse.

Lord, complex are Your ways of love
From Kingdom-layer, here, just above
The fray that we once viewed as home –
Down there – engaging foe alone.

So thanks for this auspicious start,
As You Your body-love impart
To those whom You designed for us,
And we respond in total trust.

Lord, “Flexible” so winsome is –
My nature loves “Tenacious” biz,
Which has a place, in You, at times,
But now, in You, both ways work fine.

Thanks Lord for this.
