“On Staying Grounded” (Mt.26:26ff;17:20; 21:21; 28:20; Eph.6:12; Acts 9:25; 9:8:26ff;Ps.24:1) [Sun Tsu First Half Re-Write # – 1: 5]

Our warfare might be spiritual,
But Context Is terrestrial;
No airy-fairy war is this,
It’s ’bout quite grounded daily biz.

So look around and use all that
In showing love – is terrain flat?
Or can terrain be put to use
By satan turning mayhem loose?

Or can we use it to show love –
Move mountains midst the push and shove
Of nastiness upon the earth?
Great distances can now give birth –

To acts of great accomplishment,
Enhanced, to great astonishment,
By barriers traversed like walls,
Between two rooms in upper halls.

For Christ said, stick with Me, you’ll do
Far greater acts then you now view;
You’ll walk through culture’s walls unscathed;
I go ahead – that way be paved.

So Lord, I’m hearing, You use land,
So, doing love, we understand
The earth’s the Lord’s, so enter in
To life, in fullness – love begin.

Thanks Lord for this.
