“How Much We Need To Know” (Proverbs 3:5; Romans 8:1ff; Isaiah 30:21) [Reflections on Sun Tsu's Art Of War #13–1-B- 2]
She said strong pressure comes from Bob
To get estate-work soon resolved
(Though she herself quite guilty felt
That to junk of mom’s was on the shelf).So what I’m hearing, Lord, is this –
All kinds of folks know facts, but miss
Their relevance, or impetus
To share with us such tiny bits.But, that we don’t need all that stuff;
The parts You share are quite enough
To get ’er done – You fill the gaps
Of what we need, and what we lack.More to the point, as Murray said,
Are we involved when Spirit-led?
More “Want” than “Wish”; we’re on the team
To carry life and love You mean.Perhaps I’m out ahead myself –
“ ‘Five kinds of spies’ deal info-wealth”
Sun Tzu now says, so best hold back
Until he fills this system-gap.Thanks Lord for this.
