"Let's Get Physical" [Reflections on Chris Orwig's Book Visual Poetry - Chapter 3:14 ] (James 1:22-25; Matt 7:21-23; Luke 10:30-37; Lk. 15 )
“Let’s get physical”
Once was musical,
Now it’s typical
When the obstacle –Is familiar world
When our lives are curled
In a comfort spot –
Time to take a walk. With dyslexia
We see area
Multi-points of view
Always something new.Still – we need to go
If our pix will show
What we’ve come to know
In a way that’s so.Action changes site
Partly change of light
Point of view delight’s
When we shift to right.Change your furniture
In your room – you’re sure
To see differently –
Possibility.So, get physical
Up, down, standing still
Circle around the scene
Catch what there has been. All is relative
Changed the lens to give
Greater emphasis
To what’s viewed like this.Action is your part
Easy way to start
Problematical?
Just get physical. Thanks for this Lord.
