Each enterprise a tempo has within –
Incumbent on new staff when they begin,
To tease it out, then move within its flow,
So they can forward move and triumph know.It’s more than just the staff within the shop;
It’s more than board-direction which they’ve got;
It’s more than clients banging at the doors;
It’s more than what suppliers have in store –It’s more than bankers; funders with desires
For high returns as they stoke up the fires;
It’s more a mix within some context fixed –
“In power-point we hover” with that mix.So Gerber noted ’bout his client base –
With equal pulls by all, in every case,
There is a hover-point which we must find,
Then operate each day with that in mind.I’m sensing that within this client mix –
Folks have a tempo, with that base we fix
