Patience
“Our patience costs a lot – but lack
Of it costs more” – a sorry fact
I learned while working on the field:
Sit tight and let the planting yield –The crop encoded in the seed;
It’s not how much we tend and feed –
One sets the ceiling, one the floor;
Sometimes our actions hurt things more.There’s lots of parts – so shift and do
Those other things, don’t sit and stew
About the parts which take some time,
Like shifts in other people’s minds.It’s all about the walk of faith –
Reliance on a God who waits
On us to process at a pace
Unique within the human race.We too must wait as He with us –
Give folks some space; don’t make a fuss;
Spread self around to multi sites,
Which gives the others pace that’s right –For them within their context new –
The one where you know what to do –
Create a slot where they can come
Right back, as soon as thinking’s done.navigation
