The Basic Issue

There are several major issues facing rural community development practitioners operating in the Westman Region today. All of these issues affect all practitioners all of the time, whether we are conscious of it or not. This section of the site is designed to raise awareness of the essence of each issue and provide leads to resources regarding each for further exploration.

I believe it is the interplay of these constantly changing issues which makes our job in this field so exciting and dynamic. As Mary Poppins would say: "For everything that must be done, there must be an element of fun".
