“Start In The Middle” ( ) [Reflections On Sun Tsu's Book The Art Of War, Application Series #1]

In chapter seven I heard once more,
“Start at the mid-point” – not as before
While finding out what’s in Sun Tsu –
Reversing it for Kingdom-view.

“For if you start at mid-point, then
You’ll find you’ll get right to the end;
If at the opening-point you start,
You’ll just attain the middle part”.

I also heard (in title poem),
To me it’s “Classic”, for this tome
Has been a dance in You, O Lord,
Through it You’ve let me hear Your word.

Two decades now You’ve walked me through
This literature, to shift my view
Back towards the essence of Your thought,
Which mankind’s turned to Tommy-rot.

Sun Tsu, indeed, is best of breed –
His Art Of War is action-seed
To those on earth; but even more,
It’s twisted view of cosmic war.

Lord, I see now how I have been
Out “In the world”, it’s ways I’ve seen –
Indeed, I lived in that hopeless life
Through questing-time; seen satan’s blight.

Then, through Sun Tsu, with You as guide,
I’ve heard in text that you reside
Right here and now, midst all I’ve seen –
“First life; then text; through mean and mean”.

Lord, one guy told me towards the first,
At Masters-level I’d rehearse
Some thought, if I could then apply
What I had learned, like, by-and-by.

Lord, that’s so true – and here I am –
In You, all this is in the can;
And now I’m hearing – “Plug it in.” –
At mid-point – here’s where you begin”.

Okay Lord thanks for this.
