“Beauty” [Series of Reflections on David du Chemin’s Book The Soul Of The Camera - pp. 222-231]

A bit or bite on beauty
Is all he shares on it,
But underneath his document
There lies aesthetic bliss.

A note on change around us,
A comment on within;
But his whole tome might well be called,
“On beauty – let’s begin”.

Go back, review his pictures
To check if this is right;
It’s really ’bout the blocks in us
Preventing inner sight.

For culture, and our family,
All circumstance to date,
Can hinder our potential views –
Shift “Never” to “I’m late”.

Thanks Lord for this.
