“Word And Testamony”   [Reflections On Book The The Book Of Revelation “Poem – A” Rev. 1:1 (Jer.15:19ff; Neh.9:7b; Rev.12:11; 22:10-11)]

“So let the wrong continue in their error;
And vile be vile; as right stay in the right;
May holy ones continue to stay holy;
I’m coming soon to shed revealing light”.

Until that day confusion swirls around us,
While Prophets speak to guide us on our way;
When they’re ignored they struggle to stay faithful;
Then settle down when God says, “Trust; obey –

“If you’ll repent, I will restore your service;
Say worthy words, don’t utter worthless speech;
You’ll go for Me, and you will be My spokesman;
They’ll turn to you; do not towards them reach”.

When we’re oppressed, attacked by foes around us,
God hears our cries, sends messengers to save;
His loving heart delivers us to serve Him;
Each life redeemed by Christ, up from the grave.

I heard of one – a woman in arena,
In cargo net, flesh torn – spiked horns that day;
One arm upraised; thumb, index finger hidden;
“The Trinity” she signed – had final say.

That is the context of this dreadful letter;
We write it off as fantasy and dream;
But John was quite familiar with such peril;
We’ve peace for now; but comes an era mean.

“Mature us up, that in such times of horror,
We’ll dare to stand, three fingers to the Son;
That we not fail the Saints who’ve lived before us;
And by our lives proclaim, ‘Thy Kingdom – come’.”

Thanks Lord for this.
