"Jack And The Being Stock" [Reflections on Book - Right Side Up Side Down Connie Bischoff and Romeo Lemieux - re: Meadow ]

Two roads? No dissipation there abides,
For in our choice each expectation hides,
That we tag grass as “P” to Myers-Briggs
The meadowed way, with senses filled with twigs –

And flower scents, to some with nature’s blast
Find life fulfilled, as here, see home at last;
But for some others, “choice” direction holds –
More “J” to us, we strive, forever bold.

And then there’s “X” – we’re halfway in between,
Which tears us up – first path, then flower’s seen,
Then back to path, one foot kept in the ditch –
Choice we can’t make, no strong desire to switch.

For me, Jack Frost, with “being” stock in trade,
And Meadowed pix adorned with youngish maid,
Holds up for me an option I’d not seen –
“All paths today to Meadow came” is seen.

That “journey’s done”; “the quest” completed now;
My wandering feet have slowed to here somehow;
Jack’s summer woods led on – but now I hear –
Here life abounds – life’s destiny made clear.

For roads are good, we’ve made them o’er the years,
Like deer who choose and scamper where it’s clear;
But now I see a Meadow has its place
In which to live, and thrive – you’ve made your case.

Thanks Lord for this.
