"Two Heads" [Reflections on Book - Right Side Up Side Down Romeo Lemieux and Connie Bischoff re: Anchor]

Two heads, not one in front;
On deck – chair – not a punt,
But Cedar-strip canoe;
Encircled light that’s blue.

The boy there on the shore
Observes – what is in store
For baby in mom’s arms?
Has feelings of alarm.

That tension in the pix
And poem – both parts mix –
For anchor will not move
Though captain and his crew –

Seek distant knowledge-lands,
With trust and willing hands;
Is safety on the shore
There anchored evermore?

Thanks Lord for this.
