"At First" [Module#425] (John 15:18-21)
At first (long first) in world around I tried
To live the Kingdom-life – therefore I cried,
“This is not easy, did I miss a step?”
You showed me Kingdom-layer – in-deed, best part yet.But then, as I shared all this to that one,
I sensed rejection of Your Kingdom-come;
Or was it more that she had not yet said,
“Lord, You’re my Master – I by You are led.”This passage shows me opposition comes;
It’s not all sweetness in our journey’s run,
But still, release up on the Kingdom-layer
Frees me to walk this walk in daily prayer.N-80, at the time confusing was,
But now I know from Kingdom-layer, because
There are no blockages to freedom’s life,
It matters less what struggle’s in our night.Thanks Lord for this.
