"Lazarus -  Christ The King" [Module #244] (John 11:31, 45ff.)

I see a note that Christ’s indeed the Lord
Of life within God’s Kingdom – that’s a word
Which helpful is, as I proceed today
For “Lord” I get, it’s Lords that one obeys.

Why could that not be clear to us before?
Why all this struggle – Father, Son, and more?
I get it now, in Him we do our life
Take cues from Him, as Spirit gives us light.

The boss of world (bad spirit walking free),
His sorties makes, the difference now I see –
There “cash” is King; held high, “fecundity” –
“What makes things grow – in that a “Lord” they see.

As I think back to Redvers on the plain,
’Twas sex, and power, they worshiped as His name;
But no, not that, but rather Father, Son,
And Spirit working (Jubilee there won).

I prayed one day He’d help see what and why
Of Agri-biz, what issues in that lie;
He did – gave “Tree” as model starting out,
Which let me search this world and walk about.

Came to believe, in prayer, a box for me
Contained a gift – I chose Ap-Ministry;
Credentials came – I see now, from the Lord
Of Kingdom-Land – authority I heard.

The business-world became my target turf
(We choose the hill where hell will do its worst);
Same Giants there as when they shooed us out;
I laugh at that – Christ, You dissolve my doubt.

The thought which comes as parallel for me,
Is Doctor group – “no borders”, they can see
In patients needing help with life around;
They simply act, heal on contested ground.

So too with us, as we in Kingdom live
Set free at last as we to others give
The healing word, so needed in our day –
Encourage folks to enter – own God’s sway.

Lord, such relief, that concept is quite clear –
Release from Earth, and all its structures here;
Sure, we abide, and walk where others walk,
But Kingdom-life You gave is more than talk.

It’s “Narnia” (I hunch he got it to) –
The Kingdom world, Christ, King of me and you;
Such arrogance to think we’re all that is –
Coterminous – we’re not – “just” Kingdom’s biz.

It’s not a “place”, “location”, or a “scene”;
It’s more like attitude, head-space I mean –
Expanded as we each say “yes”, join in;
And Kingdom life as subjects now begin.
