“Psychology Of Money”
Our money problems are two kinds,
She states (and that I see as mine),
The first is spending (hoarding some
Or not) – that’s just type number one.Type two is dodging cash which flows
Into your coffers – “Worthy?” “No!”
Is our reply, “I’ll give for free
For reasons I can rarely see”.Her book is ’bout type one, for this
Is how she’s now involved – I miss
Again – reflection on the theme
Of how we dodge the income stream. She does address the “people” gig,
Were agencies don’t like the big
Who want to make a fair return,
Abuse them – will they ever learn? We hire the boss who handles us
As co-dependents, make no fuss –
We love it in some twisted way –
“Oh beat me, beat me’s” what we saySolution? “No” – terrific word –
A fair exchange or else be heard
To say, “There’s other dudes out there
Who act like that in how they care.“Max ten percent in what I do
For free – which won’t apply to you
Unless you prove it – even then,
I’ll pass you off to other men.“Society has used exchange
To work things out, and that’s quite plain
For everyone – so, barter? Cash?
Plus extra that will cover tax.”I love her line – entitlement
Can change for us when we have bent
Our shoulder to each wheel of those
Entitlements – then out each goes. For options, choices, actions wise,
Bring freedom to us ’neath the skies,
As we use cash for what it is –
The key to freedom where one lives. Thanks Lord for this.
