"Lighten Up" [Module #133] (Luke 11:4)

Yes, lighten up the world you’re in,
All frail and broken, marred from sin,
But lighten up your self as well,
Dump load from past which went not well.

You cannot carry heavy loads –
Resentment, debts, and sin untold;
Do not get good at pack-sack work;
Just let it go, don’t go berserk.

For lots belongs across the pond,
And other stuff just gets passed on;
Baptism means you died to it,
And shucked it off, so let it sit –

Where it now lies and enter life,
Just you, your task, along with wife;
That funnel model is an aid –
Successive rings refinements made.

Lord, yesterday door opened up
To dump some more, but I’m now stuck –
Inertia’s great to stabilize
Responsiveness to thought and eyes –

But knowing which is hard for me –
“Encourager” burns hot, can be
An overheated motor fast,
And was ’till “giver” cooled at last.

Lord what I hear is both I need
To carry out with current speed
The this and that’s You’d have me do –
Make ways You ask I make for You.

But lots is clearly needing out;
Of that there simply is no doubt;
I’m burdened down by what is there –
Stuff all backed up I can’t repair.

“So let it go now you’ve returned
To earthly life, loop-lesson learned;
And dump what kept stability,
That you might be released in Me.”

Okay Lord, thanks.
