Big boats, and planes, along with tons
Of bullets, bombs, and nasty flames –
Aggression, big-fish-small-fish games.That’s true, but there’s another side –
Self-sacrifice of those alive;
Who’ve loved not lives unto their death,
For others gave their final breath.Then storytellers, bards, picked up
Such tales, made films and books enough
To fill the Internet and more
With gifts of life folks gave before.Pink aspect of the loop I see
In life laid down to others free;
Of life above lived out below –
