"Resurrection Ground"   [Module #71] (Matt. 17:5; ; Mark 9:7; ; Luke 9:35)

Many things evolve and change like butterflies we see;
What is spoken in these words says different things to me;
It’s no shift in emphasis, reframing of some fact;
It’s death and resurrection, where there is no turning back.

In that context Father-God says, “This man is My son;
Listen to the words He says, they’re life for everyone”;
What’s He say? The world is full of death to all that’s good,
But that is not ultimate, so be that understood.

If you buy the point of view that life is all there is,
“Keeping it” agenda is, and chasing after fizz
(Which is bubbles, air that’s mixed with substance of a drink),
Life eternal is the part and death’s the vital link.

Death is ugly, raw, and cruel, and final in its ways;
Long drawn out, or quick, it hurts survivors many days;
But it is not ultimate – there’s resurrection ground,
Which can be a way of life once life in Christ is found.

So, listen up, then change your point of view for doing life;
Letting go is quite all right, and walking through the night;
Dare to walk, your hand in His, and other stretched behind,
That others take for guidance, stabilizing – peace of mind.

Thanks Lord, for this.
