"Zorro's Circle"   [Module #70A] (Matt. 17:1-8; ; Mark 9:2-8; ; Luke 9:28-36 [31-33])

I see it now – Commission Great,
And what it says, “Out of the gate –
Disciple – learn; return to here,
If need a way to work” – that’s clear.

For tenses, word forms, all that stuff
Show clearly, “You need not get rough
In Apostolic work you do –
Disciple – start with one or two”.

Not laid on as imperative,
But as a model used – to give
A circle, back to which they’d go
When out of options – one they’d know.

We take the heat for God sometimes –
We stand on beach – like Moses – find
Ourselves for others caught between
The future and the place we’ve been.

Some folks we mentor one-on-one
Extended lengths until we’re done;
While others, it’s more hit-and-run,
As we are led, a whack of fun!

But when things block up on our path,
Then to our circle we step back –
“Disciple – that’s the base”, He said
In Great Commission, when it’s read.
