"Eternal View In Here And Now" [Module #58] (John 6:47)

In loop-de-loop, eternity
Comes clear to us, as Christ we see
Upon His throne in heavenlies,
When we’re raised up to with Him to be.

We hear, “Relax, take a look around;
Soak in the view ’fore you go down
Upon some errand, giving room
For Me to act (things go ka-boom).

We then take number in the line;
We shuffle forward – waiting time –
Then, “Stu, heads up, I’m asking you
To do a task – but keep this view –

Like WebCam here, while working there;
Keep elevation in your care –
Eternal view, perspective-like,
As world’s encountered in your sight.

For point of view maintained inside,
Shows through your photos – you can’t hide
Your stance, perspective, where you’ve been;
Folks view your pix – and all you’ve seen.

For life down there is terminal;
So little in eternal will
Be found to be – it falls away,
As seen up here in longest day.

Down there each year has “longest day”,
As earth tilts forward in its sway,
Then back to winter’s shortest view
By daylight cold, of snow so blue.

So, keep your elevation, Stu;
Keep web-cam on – augment your view
Of world you’re in as living space;
Leave room for Me, in life by faith.

Thanks Lord, for this.
